My wife took her car for a few minor repairs and was overcharged. When I queried this and suggested that we would have been cheaper to had it repaired by a dentmaster esq company the guy just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. It's a shame as for the sake of pocketing an en extra hundred pound or so they have jeopardised any chance of future business from me.
