Like Catherine says..... False promises - do not return calls - told me they can not do a lease after saying they would as there is now a conflict of interest. They will not tell me what that interest is- stressed
Avoid at all cost. I can't stress this enough - you'd get more use out of a chocolate fire guard. They sit on information for such a long time without passing it on to other people. If you want to waste loads of money and risk the sale of your house falling through these are the solicitors for you - if however you want a solicitor to do a job properly and make everything as stress free as possible these aren't for you!
EXCEPTIONAL, COMPETENT, FRIENDLY SERVICE.Having been in business most of my life I have had many dealings with solicitors and I can't always say they were pleasurable, cost effective transactions. However, I have recently just bought and sold a property using Harold Stock & Co and can't praise they're conveyancing department enough.
