Food and service was amazing and also the lady was really good with our little boy who had a little wobble during our meal but she calmed him down ... definitely coming back

Ordered many times from here. Just spent 54 and collected order (and put a fiver in the tip box when collecting) . Got said order home to find our combination starter for two lacking chicken and one rib only. For 9 I found this disappointing, especially from previous orders not having this problem. When calling The Ho Ho I was then even more disappointed at their customer care to a loyal customer. Not willing to resolve this problem and have another starter ready for us to go and collect (again) their answer to resolve this? "We will put what you are missing in your next order, when will that be? "... After this lack of customer service that will not be happening!
Havent been to The Ho Ho for a few years, but visited with family for my wifes birthday today. I have to say that we all felt it was probably the best Chinese meal we have ever had! The service was super and the food served very quickly. There were five of us including children and we were all happy with everything. We have all eaten Chinese food regularly even in China and this was by far the best experience weve all had. Well done, Hoho
Visited 26/9/2918. Customers beware. Have been coming here over a few years but a while ago since last visit. Came tonight arrived 5:50 pm, given a menu & ordered our meal which was nice. We paid the bill & I asked about the early bird menu which we had on previous visits. I was surprised to be told they still had this offer which is valid until 7pm but the customer has to ask for it!!!! Otherwise you are given the full price menu & left in the dark regarding any discounted menu. How under hand is that. Will never go back. Why can they not be honest with their customers? Customers beware, ask if there are any offers before ordering of the standard menu.
