I haven't been to the new shop yet.
Very poor after sales. Purchased supposedly new gun, bits missing. They could never be botherd to ring me or get the parts that were missing.My advise don't use stay away, it's a joke of a shop.
Spencer was helpful and quite polite, however this was suddenly interrupted by this old miserable fellow basically trying to avoid any responsibility or cost for a problem that they caused(I had 2 airguns blued that was old and never had a huge monetary value but had huge sentimental value, anyway it cost me 180 per rifle!) one was sent back in pieces .so after a very long drive to try resolve this problem the old chap Was instantly on the defensive and ready for a row! ,,, Ill post an update to see how this prevails. Wish me luck

Amazing! Would definitely recommend going to this establishment... Firstly, they offered a warm welcome and guided me to what gun i should choose to start of with. They showed how to use it and the different parts of the gun. Prices were relatively low too! Nice and convenient for me to go to as well! Thank you MAG!
