Such lovely staff! Unfortunatley I had to have my dog put to sleep before Christmas and as you can imagine it was a very tough time and decision to make! We were seen by a wonderful vet called Esme and a lovely vet nurse named Michelle, both made this difficult and upsetting situation as comfortable for us as they could and were really professional but caring at the same time! Thank you both for making the situation a little more bearable than what it would have been and thank you for making my boy feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible in his final moments! x
A friend took her dog and in less than 12 hours the dog was put down. Her bill 630 merry xmas

If I could leave 0 stars I would, took our poorly cat in to stay overnight as he was too poorly to come home and our vets had closed. They took a 200 deposit and told us we would definitely have to pay more. Our Cat Just needed to stay in a oxygen tank until further tests was taken out by our vets in the morning. They told us they would update us if any change happened in the night. Collected him this morning and was charged a further 70. My cat was so distressed and looked a Thousand times worse than he did when we took him which was heart breaking. Will be contacting pets 999 to file a complaint as we are so upset with the service the staff are money mad and rude.
