Shocking doctors surgery Avoid at all cost!..Receptionist dont have a care in the world cant even be bothered to put prescriptions through to the doctor!Say they dont have appointments yet the surgery is always empty!And if you are on a controlled medication they wont issue unless you do a call back or have an appointment!(Even if you are bedridden!).Yet NEVER have any app. They should be shut down!..Waste of time!
Sooner you will die than a doctor in this clinic will help you! I'm not recommended
I'm writing a complaint to the surgery... Data protection breaches and Ill mannered staff ... You have no idea what illness a person has when being spoken too.. (no details put into the system at this point) I'm a very fair and nice person even when not well... You need to re assess your bedside manner.. I have let a lot of things slide over the last couple of years but 3 mistakes in the last 2 weeks is a disgrace...the last visit me walking away crying due to feeling humilliated... you are letting your doctor's down who I have respected since I was a child .... I feel let down and will be changing surgery....I'm sorry when I spoke to you it felt like I was encroaching on your time though you were still being paid to do your job... I also work 8-6 daily and had to lose 2 hours pay everytime I try to get in your surgery!!
If you work fulltime it's impossible to get a appointment which fits into your day off been trying to get a blood test for 3 weeks but when I know my day off there arnt any appointments. The doctors are always good it's just how the practice run .
Drs are okay, but receptionists are not okay rude not mannered at all. Should give no stars but Ill give 1 for Dr
