This practice is a joke, doctors have cancelled my appoint 90 minutes before i should have arrived at 5pm. Saying the doctor called in sick in the morning and the other Doctor couldn't hang around 5 minutes to see me ( i live round the corner) I don't normally write reviews but this practice is really rubbish. Didn't even offer another appointment, ring back Monday

Every time I leave this practice I always left feeling disappointed...If your not waiting over an hour to be seen by a doctor your appointments are being messed up. Very disorganised practice. And the receptionists aren't always helpful or friendly. I'm not surprised it has a bad reputation.
I do get a good service from hereFull doctors service with extra services from community nurses.Happy to have a permanent doctor now and the staff are helpful.
