I know its negative but I wanted to share. I heard several crimes have been committed in this surgery by gp's; common assault and sexual abuse. different doctors over the years male and female. I left this surgery recently after gps refusing to refer me and after learning about doctors abusing patients here. I urge those of you who have been abused to report to police, as you are helping yourself and others who could be abused in the future. Eventually they will be stopped from having access to victims but we need to speak up and stop suffering. You can report to police without having your close family know as police give you this option.
My family and I have been on several occasions and have always managed to get a quick appointment. My most recent visit to Dr. Muthappan was very professional. He seemed genuinely interested in helping out and was willing to listen, a trait I wish all the NHS staff can adhere to.
Dont expect to seen on time, lonn wait times of over an hour are common place.
Last night I was in agony,with a severe chest infection,shivering and heavy sweating,,this morning I got an appointment with Doctor Muthapan,at 9-00 am,he gave me a thorough examination,and prescribed,Antibiotics and pain killers,for 9-35am I was home with my medication,,,you can't beat that for service,oh, and Dr Muthapan,is a great person ,who listens to your medical problems,,the service today was outstanding,
Ok. Doctors are friendly and reception staff are ok.
